MMA SECURES THREE YEAR CONTRACT FOR MMA PINNACLE
We are pleased to announce that the MMA Pinnacle has secured a three-year contract with i-Tech Services, a subsidiary of Subsea 7.
i-Tech Services provides Life-of-Field services to the oil and gas industry including inspection, maintenance and repair (“IMR”) services, asset integrity management and remote intervention.
The Contract is for an initial firm period of three years with options to extend thereafter. The MMA Pinnacle will be fitted with i-Tech equipment to provide Life-of-Field services to clients in Australia and internationally. The contract award reflects the excellent working relationship between MMA Offshore and Subsea 7 over a number of years. Both companies have similar values and are committed to safe, reliable and efficient operations underpinned by strong operational expertise. The MMA Pinnacle is a high specification vessel, designed and built to provide customers with a cost effective solution for offshore IMR and light construction activities.
The vessel is SPS compliant with 100 person accommodation with comfort notation. It is equipped with a 150 tonne Macgregor Active Heave Compensating crane mounted on a 1,000 sqm deck. Equipped with a helideck, it is designed with on-board systems and infrastructure to allow longer periods on location.
